Local Customers:
1. Please email to giffygifts@gmail.com to place your order and include the following details in your email.
- Name of the item/s you would like to purchase
- Delivery of item/s by postage or meetup
- Your name and mailing address if going by postage
- Your name and contact no. if meetup
2. Delivery method either by postage or meetups.
- Postage costs are stated in the relevant product pages.
- Meetups available at designated places in the North, South & South-West areas only
3. Items will be mailed within 2 working days after payment is received.
4. Payment Methods
- For meetups - Cash on Delivery or Pre-paid via POSB/DBS Fund Transfer
- For postage - POSB/DBS Fund Transfer
5. Once payment has been made, please inform us by email for easy tracking and fast processing of your order.
6. Giffy Gifts will not be responsible in the case of lost normal local mails or normal overseas mails/parcels by Singapore Post. Please do ensure that your mailing address is correct to minimize the chances of lost mail or delivery to the wrong address. Thus, registered mails/parcels are strongly encouraged!!!
7. Giffy Gifts will not be responsible for damages incurred during post. Our responsibility ends once the item/s is/are posted. Items will be bubble wrapped before sending out.
8. All goods once sold are not refundable, returnable or exchangable.
